Some other artifacts: Our Adjacent Neighbor as I mentioned was the builder of the development but more importantly is that their kids are all grown up and on their own. They have one daughter that moved back in for a while (so they are very quiet and friendly). While over the years, the neighborhood has been transitioning (original owners have all high school age children and the newer owners have younger children. All the families gather once every summer and have a neighborhood party in the opposite end Cul-de-Sac. Being there is only one entrance to the development, very child friendly.

Local Area Information:
For those not familiar with the area, they may be surprised at exactly how much the Millstone area has in store for them. Friendly neighborhoods, great schools, beautiful parks, awesome sport fields and a myriad of cultural activities are just a few of the highlights found here. Perrineville features recreational activities for all ages. Their Summer program is well managed and many children participate (vs. having to incur the expense of sending to a day camp) which by the way, there are two great day camps in town “FrogBridge and Black Bear Lake”. Both within a few miles of each other. The YMCA Camp is only about 5 – 7 miles near Freehold. Some homes in Millstone backup to the YMCA Camp and will use that camp for convenience. Additional Youth Programs: Girl Scouts / Brownies Boy Scouts / Cub Scouts Recreational Sports – Wrestling, Baseball, Football (PopWarner), CheerLeading, Lacrosse, Soccer to name a few. CheerLeading Squads have won the National Championships held in Disney World. Tennis Courts and Basketball Courts on both ends of Millstone, hiking trails, horse trails. The largest Monmouth Park (over 900 Acres) is within Millstone. This particular home also backs to Equine Clinic fields & minutes from Perrineville Lake Pk & Assunpink Preserve. The 147 acre Horse Park of New Jersey in Stone Tavern, Monmouth County, is the result of a unique public, private partnership. The land was purchased by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection with Green Acres funds. The New Jersey Department of Agriculture continues to assist in the development of the Park into a world class equine exhibition facility. Since the Horse Park borders the 5000 acre Assunpink Wildlife Management Area.
